How your quote is built

From your first message to a fixed monthly number.

Pricing conversations move quickly because they follow the same structure every time. Here's what happens between reaching out and receiving a number you can plan around.

Step 01

Scope Call

We ask about what you're running today, what's missing, and what “done” looks like for your organization, usually a 20-30 minute conversation, no obligation attached.

Step 02

Custom Proposal

You receive a written breakdown of exactly what's included, what it costs, and what happens in month one, no bundled extras, no vague line items.

Step 03

Adjust Freely

Add a service, remove one, or change scope before signing. The proposal is a starting point for a conversation, not a final offer.

Step 04

Predictable Monthly Rate

Once agreed, your rate is fixed for the term of your engagement. Scaling up later is a scope change, not a renegotiation from zero.

How pricing works

What determines your price?

Every DADSSI engagement is scoped individually. The categories below outline the factors our team reviews when preparing your quote, combine only what you need, or hand us the entire scope.

01

Website Development

From a five-page brochure site to a fully custom platform, the scope below shapes the investment.

Pricing depends primarily on page count and functional complexity, a marketing site with a contact form is priced very differently from a platform with customer accounts, booking, and payment processing. Every build includes responsive design, SEO fundamentals and a maintenance plan, regardless of size.

  • Number of pages
  • Fully custom UI/UX
  • Responsive design
  • CMS
  • Blog
  • Landing pages
  • Customer portals
  • Booking systems
  • E-commerce
  • Membership systems
  • Dashboards
  • SEO optimization
  • Accessibility
  • Multi-language
  • Analytics
  • Forms
  • Payment gateways
  • API integrations
  • Continuous updates
  • Maintenance
02

Hosting & Domains

Where your systems live, and how reliably they stay online.

You are billed for the infrastructure your traffic and data actually require, not a flat hosting fee that overcharges small sites or throttles growing ones. We recommend and manage the provider, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or our own premium cloud, based on your workload.

  • Premium Cloud Hosting
  • VPS
  • Dedicated Servers
  • AWS
  • Azure
  • Google Cloud
  • Domain registration
  • DNS management
  • CDN
  • SSL certificates
  • Email hosting
  • Automatic backups
  • Monitoring
  • Scaling
  • Disaster recovery
03

Website Protection

Continuous defense against the threats aimed at your site every day.

Protection scope scales with how much is at stake if your site goes down or is compromised, a portfolio site needs different coverage than a platform processing customer payments. Every plan includes a firewall, malware scanning and daily backups as a baseline.

  • Firewall
  • DDoS protection
  • Malware scanning
  • Virus removal
  • Daily backups
  • Login protection
  • Brute-force protection
  • Vulnerability scanning
  • Security patches
  • File integrity monitoring
  • SSL monitoring
  • Website recovery
  • Security reports
04

Cloud Infrastructure

The architecture behind everything else you run.

This is the architecture layer behind everything else you run, the servers, containers, databases and pipelines your applications depend on. Pricing reflects the number of environments, the level of automation, and the availability guarantees your organization requires.

  • Cloud architecture
  • Kubernetes
  • Docker
  • Virtual machines
  • Storage
  • Databases
  • Load balancing
  • Auto scaling
  • CI/CD
  • Infrastructure as Code
  • Monitoring
  • Backup systems
  • High availability
  • Disaster recovery
05

Cybersecurity

Proactive protection for your organization, not just your website.

Cybersecurity pricing is driven by the size of your attack surface and your compliance requirements, not a single flat rate. A five-person team and a 500-employee organization face very different risks, and are scoped accordingly.

  • Continuous monitoring
  • Endpoint protection
  • Penetration testing
  • Security audits
  • Vulnerability assessments
  • MFA
  • Identity management
  • Email security
  • Compliance assistance
  • Incident response
  • Backup verification
  • Employee security awareness
  • Risk management
06

Artificial Intelligence

Practical AI, integrated into the systems you already use.

AI pricing depends on whether you need a single integration, for example, adding ChatGPT to an existing support inbox, or a custom system built around your internal data. Ongoing usage, model costs and maintenance are itemized transparently, never bundled into a mystery fee.

  • AI Assistants
  • AI Agents
  • ChatGPT integration
  • Claude integration
  • Gemini integration
  • Custom LLMs
  • Internal AI knowledge bases
  • AI customer support
  • AI document processing
  • OCR
  • AI analytics
  • AI report generation
  • AI search
  • AI automation
  • AI voice assistants
  • Predictive analytics
07

Automation

Manual work replaced with systems that run themselves.

Automation is priced per workflow, not per department. A single automated onboarding sequence is a very different project from replacing an entire manual finance process, and your quote reflects exactly which workflows are in scope.

  • CRM automation
  • HR automation
  • Marketing automation
  • Email automation
  • Workflow automation
  • Business process automation
  • Inventory automation
  • Finance automation
  • Lead generation
  • Customer onboarding
  • Reporting automation
  • Notification systems
08

Chatbots

Conversational support and sales across every channel your customers use.

Chatbot pricing depends on the platform, the complexity of the conversations it needs to handle, and whether it connects to AI or follows fixed logic. Most clients start with one channel and expand once it proves its value.

  • Customer support

Custom software is priced against a defined specification, not an hourly guess. Before development begins, you receive a scoped proposal covering features, timeline and cost, so there are no surprises once work is underway.

  • Web applications
  • SaaS platforms
  • CRM
  • ERP
  • Internal tools
  • Dashboards
  • APIs
  • Mobile apps
  • Desktop software
  • Database development

Mobile Development

Native and cross-platform apps for iOS and Android.

Native (iOS/Android) and cross-platform (Flutter, React Native) builds carry different cost profiles, cross-platform is typically more efficient for straightforward apps, while native suits performance-critical or platform-specific requirements. We'll recommend the right approach for your use case.

  • iOS
  • Android
  • Flutter
  • React Native
  • Native apps
  • Push notifications
  • Authentication
  • Payments
  • Maps
  • Analytics
11

DevOps

The pipelines and processes that ship your software safely.

DevOps is typically priced as an ongoing retainer covering pipeline maintenance, deployment support and monitoring, rather than a one-time project, the value compounds the longer the systems run reliably.

  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
  • GitHub Actions
  • CI/CD
  • Infrastructure as Code
  • Monitoring
  • Logging
  • Scaling
  • Automation
  • Cloud deployment

Ongoing coverage once your systems are live.

Support tiers range from standard business-hours coverage to full 24/7 monitoring with a dedicated account manager. Pricing reflects response-time guarantees and the depth of reporting your organization needs.

  • Priority support
  • Dedicated account manager
  • Monthly reports
  • Quarterly strategy meetings

Frequently asked questions

Questions about our pricing

Why isn't there a fixed pricing table?

Two organizations asking for “a website” can need wildly different things, five static pages versus a booking platform with a customer portal and payment processing. A fixed package either overcharges the simple case or undercharges the complex one. Custom scoping avoids both.

How is the $50-$1,000+/month range possible?

The lower end covers a small, mostly static site with basic hosting and standard maintenance. The upper end reflects multi-service engagements, infrastructure, security, AI and ongoing development combined into a single monthly retainer.

Do you charge setup fees separately from monthly pricing?

Some engagements include a one-time build or migration cost in addition to the ongoing monthly rate, depending on scope. This is always itemized clearly in your proposal before you agree to anything.

Can I combine services from different categories?

Yes, most clients do. A typical engagement might combine website management, cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity under one monthly rate, with a single point of contact for all three.

What happens if my needs change after signing?

Your scope can be adjusted at any time. Adding a service, increasing capacity or removing something you no longer need is a straightforward scope change, not a new contract.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Most engagements run month-to-month after an initial onboarding period, so you're never locked into a package that no longer fits your organization.

How quickly can I get a quote?

Most proposals are delivered within 2-3 business days of an initial scope call, sooner for straightforward website or hosting requests.

The DADSSI approach

No two organizations need the same things, so we never force yours into a predefined package. DADSSI engineers a solution around your goals, your infrastructure, and where you're headed next. Whether that means one managed website or a complete technology department, pricing scales with your business: you pay only for what you need, and quality and support stay enterprise-grade at every tier.
